This Shipping Policy explains how Power Paws, operated by Sunshine Commerce Pty Ltd (ABN 46 691 645 299), manages the delivery of your orders placed through https://www.powerpaws.com.au or https://www.powerpaws.au.

Our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and affordably.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Shipping is free on all Australian orders.

  • All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

  • Delivery times vary by location but are generally:

     

    • QLD, NSW, VIC: 2–5 business days

    • SA, WA, NT, TAS: 5–8 business days

     

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or other reliable couriers with full tracking provided.

 


 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking link.

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Power Paws account on our website.

 


 

New Zealand Shipping

  • We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 AUD to New Zealand.

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post International or an equivalent service.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance times.

  • Tracking is available for all international orders.

Please note: Power Paws is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing or international postal services once the parcel has left Australia.

 


 

Order Processing

Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.

During busy periods, sales, or new product launches, processing times may extend slightly.

 



Shipping Confirmation & Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

You’ll also receive email or SMS updates as your order moves through each delivery stage.

If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@powerpaws.com.au.

 


 

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll liaise directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Power Paws is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier but not received. In these cases, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim.

 


 

Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, email hello@powerpaws.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order.

We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch, but once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.

 


 

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because it was undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or unclaimed parcel), we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping fees may apply.

 


 

International Customs & Duties

For international customers (outside Australia), import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply once the parcel arrives in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by location.
